Neil Miller for State Representative

SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 5, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program operated by the Miller Committee (“the Campaign,” “we,” or “us”), the committee to elect Neil Miller as State Representative for the 26th Middlesex District. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

Program description

The Miller Committee sends periodic text messages related to the campaign, including updates about the election, volunteer and event opportunities, and requests for support. Messages are sent to individuals who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them.

Consent and opt-in

By providing your mobile phone number to the Miller Committee — whether through a form on this website, in person to a volunteer, or by texting us — you agree to receive recurring automated campaign text messages at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or participation in the campaign.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages more often around key campaign dates, including in the period leading up to the September 1 primary.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. The Miller Committee does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates will apply to each message sent or received. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any message you receive from us. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You may also email neil@neilmillerma.com to opt out.

How to get help

If you are experiencing problems with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at neil@neilmillerma.com or (617) 800-9657.

Supported carriers

The program is available on major wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. For more information on how we handle your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
